Your feedback is important to us, as it helps us to improve our service.

Procedure

  • We will send you written confirmation of your feedback within 2 working days
  • Within 10 days we look at your complaint or suggestion and evaluate how we can best handle it.
  • Within 30 days we decide if and how we can solve the complaint or act on your suggestion. During this period we will contact you.
  • The solution to your complaint depends on the review.
