Investment funds in local SMEs - Proposed transaction - C4D Bharat Shubharambh Fund

C4D Partners is raising a USD 50 million successor fund in India with an impact strategy centered around gender inclusive and climate resilient business models deployed by early-stage SMEs operating in sectors such as financial services, agriculture, energy and health. The Fund will seek to make initial equity investments in Series seed and Pre-Series A financing rounds with a ticket size between USD 500K and 2 million.
