Investing Dutch entrepreneurs - proposed transaction - silage production - Kenya

A Dutch company, together with the local subsidiary, will invest in increasing the silage production capacity and expanding their existing product range through the production and sale of concentrates. The investment is in machines, vehicles, inventory and operational costs. The proposed DGGF Starters financing to the Dutch company is in the form of a loan with a term of approximately 6 years.

The estimated impact on local employment is the creation of app. 60 local jobs and knowledge transfer by training their employees.

This project will contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals: 1 (No poverty), 8 (Decent Work) 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and 12 (Responsible Production and Consumption)
