The transaction concerns the delivery of 1,500 'Rural Spark Energy Kits' and the provision of training courses. This concerns a follow-up order to the transaction with 750 kits that we took into cover at the end of March 2020. Debtor Alternative Energy Technologies Group (Altech) is very enthusiastic about the kits from Rural Spark, and would like to place an extra order so that it has enough kits in stock.
