Investment funds in local SMEs - transaction - SC&BD - Kobo Hub (2021)

DGGF’s Seed Capital and Business Development (SC&BD) facility is supporting Kobo Hub in accelerating the growth of DRC-based (Democratic Republic of Congo) early-stage businesses. Early-stage dynamic businesses’ growth is most often constrained by weak business models, limited capacity to execute, and sometimes lack appropriate early-stage finance. This reality is also true in DRC where local young entrepreneurs may be unsure as to where to find the support they require.
