Transaction for Independent Energy B.V. (hereinafter referred to as IE) that will supply PV panels, inverters and chargers to the Independent Energy Fund. IE will also provide transportation, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the goods to be delivered. The delivery will take place at the end user's location in Nigeria.
