Opportunities in Benin
This may be one of the reasons why the ecosystem is still in its infancy. However, the research also identifies that youngsters in particular aspire to set up and run their own business. But they struggle to do so given the limited conduciveness of the environment in which they operate.
This represents an opportunity for ecosystem stakeholders to develop an adapted and adequate offer of financial and business development services to support the emergence of a more robust local private sector.
